Protected: 2025+ RAM 4500/5500 Chassis Cab 6″ Air Suspension Lift Kit

This Kelderman 6″ Lift Kit provides approximately 6″ of lift on the 2025+ RAM 4500/5500 chassis cab. This system replaces the factory front and rear suspension with Kelderman’s proven air suspension components to deliver a level, adjustable ride height with improved load-carrying capacity and significantly better handling than the factory suspension setup.

6″ Front Air Suspension (Part # 10038135)

The front suspension replaces the factory coil spring with Kelderman’s heavy-duty air suspension system.

4-Link / Watts Link Rear Air Suspension (Part # 10039931)

Kelderman’s rear suspension replaces the factory leaf spring with a fully engineered 4-Link air suspension system incorporating a Watts Link lateral control mechanism. This represents a design upgrade over conventional panhard bar 4-link systems.

Why the Watts Link matters:

The Watts Link positions the rear roll center at a higher point, which means less body roll under cornering and load shifts. Because the roll center height relative to the center of gravity directly determines the amount of body roll, moving them closer together produces a noticeably more stable, controlled feel.

Equally important: the Watts Link is a true straight-line mechanism. Unlike a leaf spring or panhard bar, which allow the axle to shift laterally as the suspension cycles, the Watts Link constrains the axle to move in a perfectly vertical plane. The result is consistent geometry through the full range of suspension travel, with no lateral wander or axle walk on uneven terrain.

CV Front Driveshaft (JE Reel)

A CV driveshaft is required for all 2025+ RAM 4500/5500 front lift installations. A JE Reel CV driveshaft with flange is included as part of this kit package.

Dual Steering Stabilizer Assembly

(Part # 10012103, RAM 4500/5500 4X4)

A Kelderman dual-steering stabilizer bracket is also available for these trucks to improve the steering feel and eliminate any feedback through the steering wheel. This bracket is an excellent solution for improving steering, improving stability, and preventing the infamous Ford ‘death wobble’. It works by providing additional support to the steering system, helping to reduce the impact of bumps, potholes, and other road hazards. With this installed, you will experience smooth, more responsive steering and increased control over your truck.

Air Control Options

Air Lift ALP4 Electronic Air Control System (Part # 10040870)

For customers wanting maximum control and adjustability, the Air Lift ALP4 system provides electronic height control from inside or outside the truck.

The system allows the suspension to be raised or lowered from its normal ride height, making it useful for:

• Lowering the truck for easier entry and exit
• Trailer hookup
• Leveling the vehicle on uneven terrain
• Raising the suspension when additional clearance is needed
• Automatically maintaining ride height as vehicle load changes

System includes:

• Dual VIAIR 444C air compressors
• Dual 2-gallon air tanks
• In-cab remote control
• Digital air pressure readout
• Multiple preset heights available
• Smart Terrain Automatic Leveling (optional feature — see below)

Smart Terrain is an optional feature available with the ALP4 system. With a single button press, Smart Terrain automatically levels the vehicle chassis — no manual adjustments, no guessing. The system reads the slope of the ground and independently adjusts each corner of the air suspension until the chassis is level. Designed specifically for camping and RV use, it takes the hassle out of setup on uneven terrain so you can focus on the site, not the truck.

NOTE: Base price includes the Front Air Suspension Kit, Rear Air Suspension Kit, CV Front Driveshaft, and a ‘manual fill’ air control system. This includes air line, fittings, and Schrader valves. Shocks and air control systems are optional add-ons. Hydraulic Steering Assist or a dual steering stabilizer assembly is sold separately. Front-only and rear-only kits are also available.
