The Kelderman Down Corn Reel

Salvaging Storm-Damaged Corn Since 1977

In 1977, a local farmer came to Kelderman seeking a solution for gathering his storm-damaged crops. That request birthed the Kelderman Down Corn Reel, which changed the landscape of harvesting corn. Instead of leaving their crops in the field, farmers could now salvage corn they would have otherwise lost.

Kelderman’s corn reel is fully adjustable (up and down, fore and aft) and has mounting brackets for most brands. The hydraulic drive simplifies the system and allows you to vary the speed of the reel.

Our corn reel spokes feature an exclusive contoured design that’s self-cleaning and prevents the reel from interfering with standing corn. Corn reels are available for a four-row combine up to the largest corn heads.

When harvest is in full swing, we know time is of the essence. With over 150,000 square feet of manufacturing space, Kelderman can quickly meet the demands of our customers.
