3″ Rear Lift Kit (Part # 10045787)
The Kelderman 3″ Front & Rear Air Suspension Lift Kit was developed for customers who want the aggressive stance and off-road capability of our Stomper builds, but in a lower and more manageable package.
Designed for 2023+ Ford F-450/F-550/F-600 4X4 Chassis Cab trucks, this system replaces the factory front coil springs and rear leaf springs with a complete air suspension system. The result is improved ride quality, adjustable suspension height, better load handling, and increased tire clearance.
3″ Front Air Suspension (Part # 10046218)
The front air suspension replaces the factory coil spring suspension with Kelderman’s heavy-duty air suspension system.
The system is designed to improve ride quality both loaded and unloaded while allowing the suspension to maintain proper ride height as vehicle weight changes. Kelderman’s fabricated radius arms are included and provide the strength, clearance, and suspension geometry required for the lifted application.

4-Link Rear Air Suspension(Part # 10045787)
Kelderman’s rear air suspension removes the factory leaf spring suspension and replaces it with our proven 4-link air suspension system.
The 4-link design provides improved axle control while allowing the air springs to carry the vehicle load. This provides a smoother ride and allows the suspension to automatically compensate for changes in load when paired with a self-leveling air control system.
For work trucks, RV conversions, service bodies, and other chassis-cab applications, the system can significantly improve ride quality while maintaining the load-carrying capability expected from an F-450, F-550, or F-600.
Rear system highlights include:
- Adjustable trailing arms
- Adjustable panhard bar
- Upgraded rear sway bar assembly
- Four industrial-strength airbags
- Custom-valved monotube rear shocks
- Adjustable down approximately 4″ for loading & trailer hook-up
Tire Fitment
The 3″ system was developed around a smaller Stomper tire package than our traditional 6″ suspension. The truck pictured is equipped with 335/80R20 tires, Stazworks Wheels, and Buckstop fender flares.
Air Control Options
The suspension can be ordered with multiple air management options depending on how the truck will be used.
Air Lift 3H Electronic Air Control System (PART # ESLK3H2)
For customers wanting maximum control and adjustability, the Air Lift 3H system provides electronic height control from inside or outside the truck.
The system allows the suspension to be raised or lowered from its normal ride height, making it useful for:
- Lowering the truck for easier entry and exit
- Trailer hookup
- Leveling the vehicle on uneven terrain
- Raising the suspension when additional clearance is needed
- Automatically maintaining ride height as vehicle load changes
Mechanical Self-Leveling Air Control System (PART # 30664 + HCVLK x2)
For commercial trucks, service bodies, RV applications, and fleet vehicles, Kelderman’s mechanical self-leveling system provides a simple, rugged alternative to electronic controls.
Mechanical height-control valves automatically add or remove air as the vehicle load changes, helping maintain the proper suspension ride height without requiring driver input.
NOTE: Base price includes the 3″ Front Air Suspension Lift Kit, 4-Link Rear Air Suspension Lift Kit, and radius arm upgrade.
Air control systems (like the Air Lift 3H) are optional add-ons. PSC Hydraulic Steering Assist is sold separately.
Front-only and rear-only kits are also available.
