Product Details

We have heard you for years and years, “Why don’t you make a kit for my 1/2-ton truck?” Well, we finally did it! Introducing the Kelderman F-150 Kits featuring a front coilover suspension lift and our full 4-Link Rear Air Suspension System. The ultimate suspension upgrade for your F-150. Designed to significantly enhance ride quality, handling, and towing capabilities, these suspensions are a must-have for any truck owner. Front-only or rear-only systems are also available.

2″ Front Coilover Leveling Kit:

The first of it’s kind is sure to grab attention. Our partnership with Raptor Performance Shocks has allowed us to develop a 2.25″ coilover shock that provides a 2″ lift/level to the front of your F-150. The half-ton market is now able to experience the combination of a smooth, capable coilover front kit with Kelderman’s famous full air ride rear suspension systems. Tubular upper control arms are available.

4-Link Rear Air Suspension:

The rear air suspension system utilizes a 4-Link design for superior stability and control while towing, as well as a more comfortable ride. With the optional air control systems, it is fully adjustable, allowing you to fine-tune the suspension to your specific needs. The four-link design distributes the load evenly, reducing stress on the suspension and improving overall performance.

When combined, these two suspension upgrades provide an unbeatable combination of performance, comfort, and capability. Whether you’re hauling a heavy load or cruising down the highway, the Kelderman Stock Height Air Suspension Kit will help you get the job done with ease. Upgrade your F-150 truck with the best suspension on the market and experience the difference for yourself. This system includes upper and lower airbag mounts, industrial-strength airbags, adjustable trailing arms, trailing arm mounts, a rear panhard bar assembly, an upgraded rear sway bar assembly, and remote reservoir shocks.

NOTE: The base price includes the Front Coilover Leveling Kit, the 4-Link Rear Air Suspension, and our Kelderman-Raptor 2.0 remote reservoir rear shock package. These rear shocks are designed, tested, and tuned specifically for this F-150 application. Air control systems and upper control arms are add-ons to the suspension packages. Front-only leveling kits or rear-only air suspension systems are also available.

Optional Air Control Systems:

The base version of the rear air suspension systems will be in a ‘manual fill’ package. This provides you with the necessary amount of air line, fittings, and Schrader valves to inflate and deflate the suspension like you would a tire. Several air control systems are available, so let’s go through some popular options.

Mechanical, Self-Leveling Air Control System (Part # 10011526):

This is the most common air control system for any and all of our full air suspension products. It includes a 100% duty cycle VIAIR air compressor, a 3-gallon air tank, two mechanical height control valves, height control valve linkages, (2) dump valves, an air dryer, plus all wiring, fittings, and connections for installation. The air compressor is contained within a weather-resistant enclosure to protect the vital elements of the control system. This compressor setup even includes mounting hardware specific to the F-150. The compressor box enclosure mounts in the original rear leaf spring mounts for an easy and practical installation.

An in-cab control panel is provided allowing you to control the ON/OFF power to the air compressor and a dump switch to activate the rear dump valve option. You can also use your factory auxiliary/upfitter switch panel for these two switches in place of the Kelderman control panel. This configuration allows the front and rear suspension to automatically adjust the pressure within the airbags to maintain the designed ‘ride height’ of the suspension. As soon as you hook up to a trailer, the mechanical height control valves move with the suspension’s adjustment and pull air from the onboard air tank to inflate back to the ‘ride height’ position. It will also manually bleed off air pressure when you’re unloading weight, unhooking a trailer, etc. The dump valves are designed for use with the rear air suspension and allow you to flip a switch, deflate the rear suspension down approximately 4″, and pull right out from under your trailers. The onboard air dryer removes moisture from the system periodically to prevent damage to components and remain operational in cold temperatures and climates.

Mechanical, Self-Leveling Air Control System – Dual Compressor & Tank (Part # 30664):

Want more air for your air suspension? This air control system is identical to the system referenced above but with an additional air compressor and air tank. We tend to see this more with serious work truck applications, fleet use, trucks running at MAX GVWR, or those that plan to regularly raise & lower the rear air suspension. The additional air compressor and tank provide a quicker recovery time and make sure plenty of air is available for raising & lowering the suspension and any necessary ride height adjustments.
