Kelderman Manufacturing Returned Goods Policy

Kelderman Manufacturing is implementing the following policy for all products purchased and/or shipped out. This includes new products, warranty items, exchangeable products, and/or returned items.

Items eligible for return with refund:

  • Unopened Full Kits
  • Uninstalled bumpers
  • Unopened/uninstalled individual parts***

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Electronics of any kind
  • Previously installed components***
  • Any/All products over 90 days of age from Invoice date**

Restocking Fees

Kelderman Manufacturing reserves the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee on any and all goods returned. The restocking fee amount will be deducted from the credited amount. Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Return Shipping Fees

When returning an item for a refund, Kelderman Manufacturing will deduct the cost of the return shipping from the credited amount. As the customer, you may choose to ship the item your own way. If so, you will pay the carrier when you ship your return.

Warranty and Exchanges Procedure:

Kelderman Manufacturing will issue a return label via email to print and attach to the component needing returned to our facility. Once UPS is in control of the package, and has scanned in the tracking number, we will then ship out the replacement component.

If the customer is needing the product to be shipped prior to the return being sent back; we can offer that the customer then pays full price for the component being shipped out. Once the warranty or exchange part is returned, a credit will be issued to the customer’s card. A 3.5% Transaction Fee will be applied for all credit/debit card transactions.

Kelderman Manufacturing will still offer up to 2nd Day Air shipping as it deems reasonable for items being shipped as a warranty or exchange. If the customer would like to up the 2nd Day Air shipping we provide to Next Day Air shipping, the customer will pay the difference between the cost of them. Example; 2nd Day Air shipping cost $45.00 with Next Day Air shipping cost $65.00. Customer is responsible for the $20.00 difference.

**Disclaimer: All products (individual or kit) will not be eligible for a return 90 days after the Invoice date. Kelderman Manufacturing can make an exception to this on a case by case basis.
