Product Details

Introducing the Kelderman Stock Height Air Suspension System, the ultimate suspension upgrade for your 2019+ RAM 2500 4X4 truck. Designed to enhance your ride quality, handling, and towing capabilities, these suspensions are a must-have for any truck owner. Front-only or rear-only systems are also available.

Front Coil Replacement Kit (Part 10004394):

The Front Coil Replacement Kit removes the OEM coil spring suspension and replaces it with upper and lower airbag mounts,  industrial-strength airbags, and new shocks. A Rancho 9000 series adjustable shock is the standard option for this kit, but the new Kelderman 2.0 custom-valved monotube front shocks are available for the smoothest possible ride quality.  The front air suspension provides an improved ride quality, as well as a higher capacity than the OEM coil springs or any combination of aftermarket springs, coil spring spacers, etc. This is a common upgrade for those with heavy front bumpers, grille guards, snow plows, and other accessories.

Rear Coil Replacement Kit

(Part # D2RX-4-14,  Stock Height)

(Part # KLM19175, 1 1/2″ Lowering Kit/Reverse Level)

The rear air suspension system utilizes the factory 4-link design for an easy swap to air suspension. The new air suspension for your Ram provides more control while towing, as well as a more comfortable ride. With the optional air control systems, it is fully adjustable, allowing you to fine-tune the suspension to your specific needs. The Rear Coil Replacement Kit is available in multiple heights. The Stock Height Version (D2RX-4-14) is intended to match the OEM coil spring height. The Reverse Level Kit (KLM19175) is designed to be approximately 1 1/2″ shorter than the OEM coil spring height. Factory or OEM equivalent shocks can be used with these rear air suspension kits, but Kelderman custom-valved shocks are available as an upgrade option.

When combined, these two suspension upgrades provide an unbeatable combination of performance, comfort, and capability. Whether you’re hauling a heavy load or cruising down the highway, the Kelderman Stock Height Air Suspension Kit will help you get the job done with ease.

NOTE: The base price includes the Front Coil Replacement Air Suspension and the Rear Coil Replacement Air Suspension. Air control systems, shock upgrades, and other options are add-ons to the suspension packages. Front-only or rear-only air suspension systems are also available.

Optional Air Control Systems:

The base version of these front and rear air suspension systems will be in a ‘manual fill’ package. This provides you with the necessary amount of air line, fittings, and Schrader valves to inflate and deflate the suspension like you would a tire. Several air control systems are available, so let’s go through some popular options.

Mechanical, Self-Leveling Air Control System (Part # SLKD2WD + HCVLK’s):

This is the most common air control system for any and all of our full air suspension products. It includes a 100% duty cycle VIAIR air compressor, a 3-gallon air tank, two mechanical height control valves, height control valve linkages, (2) dump valves, an air dryer, plus all wiring, fittings, and connections for installation. The air compressor is contained within a weather-resistant enclosure to protect the vital elements of the control system.

An in-cab control panel is provided allowing you to control the ON/OFF power to the air compressor and a dump switch to activate the rear dump valve option. You can also use your factory auxiliary/upfitter switch panel for these two switches in place of the Kelderman control panel. This configuration allows the front and rear suspension to automatically adjust the pressure within the airbags to maintain the designed ‘ride height’ of the suspension. As soon as you hook up to a trailer, the mechanical height control valves move with the suspension’s adjustment and pull air from the onboard air tank to inflate back to the ‘ride height’ position. It will also manually bleed off air pressure when you’re unloading weight, unhooking a trailer, etc. The dump valves are designed for use with the rear air suspension and allow you to flip a switch, deflate the rear suspension down approximately 4″, and pull right out from under your trailers. The onboard air dryer removes moisture from the system periodically to prevent damage to components and remain operational in cold temperatures and climates.

Mechanical, Self-Leveling Air Control System – Dual Compressor & Tank (Part # 30664 + HCVLK’s):

Want more air for your air suspension? This air control system is identical to the system referenced above but with an additional air compressor and air tank. We tend to see this more with serious work truck applications, fleet use, trucks running at MAX GVWR, or those that plan to regularly raise & lower the rear air suspension. The additional air compressor and tank provide a quicker recovery time and make sure plenty of air is available for raising & lowering the suspension and any necessary ride height adjustments.

Air Lift 3H Electronic Air Control System (Part # ESLK3H2):

Are you looking for maximum control over your air suspension? In addition to its self-leveling abilities, this electronic air control system allows you to manually adjust the suspension at all four corners. The in-cab remote allows you five preset positions and manual control over the air suspension at all four corners. These dual VIAIR air compressors and dual 3-gallon air tanks produce the air supply necessary to be able to raise & lower the truck at all four corners. The 3H system also provides Bluetooth connectivity and lets you see the in-cab control screen right on your phone. You can wirelessly connect to the suspension and control everything with just the touch of a button, inside or outside of your truck. The in-cab remote or phone app allows you to manually over-inflate the suspension over the designed ‘ride height’ for an approximate 4″ lift. This is helpful in certain situations where you may need additional ground clearance, tire clearance, etc. The system can also deflate the entire suspension to 4″ below the OEM height/stock ‘ride height’ setting for easier entry/exit from the vehicle, more clearance for garages, parking ramps, etc.

With great functionality also comes great reliability. This air control system features a combination of parts that Kelderman has trusted for years for use in a variety of air suspension applications. Military-grade ride height sensors provide feedback to the control system in order to maintain the proper ride height for the correct suspension travel, load leveling, and optimum ride quality. The onboard air dryer removes moisture from the system periodically to prevent damage to components and remain operational in cold temperatures and climates. Like the previous air control options, the 3H system houses the air compressors and a number of electronic components in a weather-resistant enclosure to protect it from road debris, and weather, and to reduce overall noise from the system.
