The 2-Stage Design has been used in vehicles ranging from 3/4 ton pickup trucks all the way up to larger, Class 6 & 7 commercial trucks with great results for 30+ years. The leaf spring shackle hanger/mount is removed from the frame and the air suspension system provides an additional 3-4″ of suspension travel for the vehicle. This allows you to ride on the air suspension so the bumps in the road are absorbed by the air suspension before being transferred onto the leaf springs. With the leaf springs being retained, you still have the same towing/payload capacities as before…just an improved ride quality. Kits are available in our ‘manual fill’ air control system for $3,400 or with an electronic self-leveling system for $5,200. This allows you to focus on driving and other tasks rather than spending time on gauges, switches, or other components to ensure proper operation.
