When Jeff Kelderman, Vice President of Kelderman Manufacturing, needs to upgrade his work truck he doesn't settle for your average, beater work truck. Jeff selected a 2013 Ram 2500 Mega Cab as the canvas for his own daily driven creation. Jeff's last truck was also a Mega Cab, but featured the Kelderman 8-10" 4-Link Air Suspension Lift Kit, electronic self-leveling controls and a massive set of 40" Toyo Tires. He had a different direction in mind on this build: a daily driver capable of towing around a rolling Kelderman billboard.
The suspension was obviously swapped out in favor of a Kelderman 4-Link Rear Air Suspension to handle heavy loads and provide the Cummins with a substantially improved ride quality. The front suspension became a custom 3" air suspension lift kit capable of running dual front shocks. To keep the truck driving straight down the road, an adjustable front track bar was added in addition to a Kelderman dual steering stabilizer bracket. Promoting the Kelderman brand didn't stop with the Ram's air suspension, so the truck was outfitted with a set of Kelderman 'Alpha Series' front & rear bumpers to complement a custom Kelderman grille. Jeff is known to put the truck in places it probably shouldn't go, so he opted for a Warn Industries 16.5ti winch in the front bumper along with a few sets of Rigid Industries 4" E-Series light bars. An additional pair of 10" Rigid Industries SR-series lights help shed some light on any potential issues in the road ahead.
Jeff's new Mega puts the full air suspension system and electronic self-leveling controls to good use with a 43' Cyclone Toy Hauler in tow. This rig was well equipped right off the lot, but it didn't draw much attention. All the factory vinyl was tossed out and replaced with a full 'Kelderman Air Suspension Systems' wrap. The wrap also gives a nod to other products featured on the build, including: Fuel Forged off-road wheels, 295/60R20 Toyo Open Country AT2 tires, B&W hitches, PML differential covers, Rigid Industries light bars, Recon aftermarket lenses, Titan Fuel tanks, Amp Research, MBRP Exhaust, and more. Before the big Cyclone was fit for use, Kelderman's own air suspension was installed to provide the trailer & it's contents with an improved ride quality. The toy hauler is often towed to shows across the country and gives the Kelderman crew a comfortable place to rest their heads while providing enough storage for show displays and more. Once the truck & trailer lands at an expo, it serves as a nearly 65' long Kelderman billboard. And that is exactly what Jeff Kelderman was hoping to accomplish.
